I got a couple notes saying that I've been slacking on the updates so here are some pics over the last couple months.

I take a walk
Jack and Ella enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood and they let us know by saying 'I take a walk' and then running over to their cabinet to put their flops on. Amazing what change a few months can bring...

So big...
J and E are in another growth spurt (well, at least for our short family). They've grown about 2 inches over the summer and are definitely getting heavier as well.
Kristy's now back in school and the kids are back at day care, but we had a great summer. Lots of trips to the zoo, children's museums, and relatives (even though we still haven't made it to my little bro's house yet).
Also, we finally started attending a church again - Northview Christian The kids seem to really like it and it's good for mom and dad too...

4 years...
Today our girls turned 4. It's been a strange day for the both of us as Jack and Ella are such an important part of our lives, but we still can't help to question why Claire and Gracie were taken so early. We wonder what they would be like as they grew older. We miss them and will always love them. I hope that someday we find the answer.

Pom-pa's Tractor
Pom-pa (aka Grandpa Kokoska) finally got to take Jackie out on his tractor. He tried last year when we visited the farm, but being the over-protective parents, we asked to hold off a year. In the past several months, Jack has decided that he really likes being outside and had a blast riding around with Pom-pa.

Planes and Jeeps
We took the kids to the Indy air show today. It was media day so not too many people and it's only 15 minutes down Olio. Jack, of course, loved all the planes and jeeps. Mom liked the helicopters and Ella enjoyed her showing off her independence. Plus we all were surprised when the B-17 Flying Fortress landed and taxied right past us.

Finally posing
While the trip to the formal photographer didn't work out so well, Jack and Ella have been much better at posing for us at home. They'll even hold hands for a couple minutes.

More pics...
Everything is going well in the Kokoska household. The kids are doing great and today was Kristy's last day at school. She's a bit excited and overwhelmed for the next couple summer months. We've enjoyed using the zoo and children's museum passes that the folks got us...
